Dear Administrator & Staff,
I was recently a patient in your facility for two weeks following knee replacement surgery. I will admit I was a little leery about going into a “Nursing Home,” not realizing the Rehab portion was a very different type of unit. I was so pleasantly surprised at the care I received. Although, I didn’t get the names of all the staff I was impressed with, there were some staff members I would like to acknowledge as excellent caregivers (some even superb). (Wendy, Elaine, Georgette, Carmen, Casey, Emily, Robin, Candace, Jim, Pete, Chelsea, and Nikki).
Mr. Crosby shared with our staff that when he first came to our facility he couldn’t stand or walk. He did the exercises “and it’s done a world of good.” He said everything works smoothly here. “If you want to go to a good place come here.” They have done a lot of nice renovations. Everyone is just as nice as can be.
